Radon Anomalies Identified At Peralillo

- Radon surveying has been undertaken on three of four anomalous target areas defined by a combination of soil sampling and radiometrics at Peralillo
- Positive results have been obtained from radon surveys carried out to date on the North, South West and South soil anomalies.
- As a result of ongoing exploration the size of the Peralillo project will be modified to 6,700 hectares during the first quarter of 2009

Formation of Southern Star Resources plc

U3O8 Holdings plc is pleased to announce that it has formed the wholly-owned subsidiary, Southern Star Resources plc (“Southern Star”).
Southern Star has been capitalised with GBP50,000 by U3O8 Holdings plc, and has been issued with a certificate of entitlement to do business by Companies House.
It is intended that Southern Star will focus on acquiring precious metal mineral licences in South America, with the prime focus being on gold and silver. Southern Star will also make investments in fledgling mining companies, where the board believes there is an attractive level of upside to generate a significant return on an investment.

Uranium Soil Anomaly Identified At Peralillo East
